Our program is six weeks in duration and is a TRAUMA FOCUSED – CULTURAL BASED program, which incorporates traditional practices of healing while working with clients one-to-one.
Onen’tó:kon (Under the Pines) Healing Lodge is a sixteen (16) bed residential facility; serving Indigenous men and women who are over the age of 18 with drug and/or alcohol addictions. We are located near the town of Oka and the City of Montreal and are nestled within century old pine trees that overlook the beautiful Lake of Two Mountains.
We embrace our Mission Statement: “Strengthening the Healing Journey” by incorporating it into our daily activities and, in doing so, have supported many clients and their families in the recovery process. At Onen’tó:kon Healing Lodge (OHL), we offer you the opportunity to embark upon a clean and healthy lifestyle. Your healing is our mission.
Addiction is a disease and can be treated. Individuals struggling with drug and / or alcohol addiction deserve an environment where their illness is understood and recovery is fostered.

Shared Experiences
“OHL helped me by showing me I can still live a fun and good life without alcohol and how to deal with the urges I get when I want to drink. OHL made me realize how much I was missing in life. In the 3 years I have been sober, I have accomplished more than I did in 36 years of my life. I am so grateful and happy I got to work with OHL, Niawen “
Jesse Beaudin
“I learned to maintain my sobriety using the tools OHL provided, working the steps, praying and with the help of my children. OHL has helped me figure out why I drank and where it all stemmed from, my two youngest have never seen me drunk and that makes me happy. My two oldest barely remember my drinking, they were young when I quit”
